It's been a while since I've done this since I've been incredibly busy. You haven't missed a lot really since I've been pretty much maintaining my weight over the past couple weeks because I hadn't had enough time to exercise. I'm starting to get back on the bandwagon though and hopefully we'll see the downward trend become more steady as we continue onwards.
On the down side, I had my first spike above the average weight line in this period, but I think that was just a fluke as I believe I had forgotten to weigh myself before eating breakfast.
